Detailed Review of AER Travel Pack 2
The Travel Pack 2 is a lightweight, comfortable pack that scores highly in our comfort category. Its internal frame sheet and overall structure provide optimal support regardless of how much weight you have on your back. Its thick padded mesh back panel and foam shoulder straps can be adjusted for any size wearer with the harness system including sternum strap included. This bag will make long-distance travel more enjoyable than ever before.
The hip belt is sold separately, but it’s a cheap add-on that won’t break the bank. Of course, it could be debated whether or not you need 33L of luggage. Still, we appreciate having this option with our harness system being void of load lifters which can make all the difference when carrying heavy loads. Like backpacks on hikes through mountain trails – even though there isn’t much room inside for anything else, considering how far out from your body, they protrude while stuffed full.
Despite some drawbacks such as immense size during use due to its extended length & bulbous bottom section near ground level where collapsing folds into itself helps reduce bulkiness.
You can’t go wrong with the Aer Travel bag. It’s got a ton of features, and it’ll fit just about any need you have while traveling. For example, it’s got four compression straps, so you can compress your belongings and keep them from flopping around in the main compartment when packing light. Additionally, these extra security features help protect against pickpockets by enclosing all vulnerable entry spots on both sides with durable zippers that are lockable for added peace of mind.
The good news doesn’t stop here: not only does this pack feature multiple ways to secure sensitive items (including locks), but our teasers are impressed at how easily accessible they remain while traveling.
You’ll be glad to know that you can comfortably fit this bag under the seat in front of you or out an overhead bin with its padded carry handles. The pack also comes equipped with a zip-away water bottle pocket, revealing space for your favorite beverages when opened up. However, it may be tight depending on how big bottles are but don’t worry.
The only complaint we have in this department is a bit of a double-edged sword. The compression straps cross over the main compartment zipper. This feature is excellent from a security standpoint, but opening up your pack can feel cumbersome as you have to unclip all four buckles before accessing the main compartment. Of course, you can always leave these straps unclipped, but they will dangle off the pack as there is nowhere to tuck them.
Packing & Accessibility
The Aer Travel is a sleek and stylish pack that has been designed with your gadgets in mind. The quick-access device pocket protects your devices from harm, as does the waterproof zipper chest strap, which always stays securely fastened to you during any activity. This compartment also features an asymmetrical half zip, so there’s plenty of room for anything else – even packing cubes. Unfortunately, it’s not deep enough around both ends where things would fall out if we weren’t careful when putting them away.
This bag has two zippered pockets on the flap that mesh for easy visibility and offer a solid amount of organization. One outside pocket also provides ample space to carry smaller knick-knacks with you no matter where life takes you.
With the many storage options this bag offers, you’ll never be without your belongings. There is a separate shoe compartment at the bottom, which fits men’s size 13. It can also hold dirty laundry or anything else you’d rather keep different from the rest of your clean clothes. It has two larger zippered compartments on the front (hidden quick access pocket)and one big main pocket perfect for all our more minor trinkets plus organization via elastic pockets inside. You won’t find any lack here when looking through what remains in this pack after using just once feeling like everything went missing because they’re organized so well together already within each section). Our experts also appreciate a separate notepad section.
Our testers notice some flaws in the Acer 2. First, it has a vast shoe compartment that takes up about half of our main pack when filled, making packing excessive and challenging space in your bag for things. You’ll never use-we’re looking at your shoe compartments. The zip-away water bottle pocket is also kind of messily located high on one side with other zippers close behind, which may make storing cash or ID unsafe if someone wants to take something from us while we aren’t watching. But all these minor quirks aside? This thing rocks as far as durability goes; its aluminum frame construction means it’s sturdy no matter what gets thrown at them (storms too!)
Volume to Weight Ratio
The Travel Pack 2 is a sleek and stylish bag, but it’s not without shortcomings. For starters, the weight of 3.7 pounds doesn’t help this case at 33 litres worth capacity, which will leave you with just enough space for maybe one pair of shoes.
This pack is designed to be solid and durable but not heavy. It is made of 1680D Cordura nylon with rugged plastic hardware and weather-resistant zippers. This basket-weave synthetic can take on any adventure life throws at it. We appreciate having known names backing the materials we use in our products, so they are always top-notch when durability matters most. During our hands-on testing, there were no issues experienced by either ourselves or other testers who had put these backpacks; through their paces over time.
The Aer Travel Pack is an excellent option for those who want an all-inclusive, durable bag that can be used on both business and vacation trips. The price isn’t low, but it does offer versatility. So if you’re looking to invest in something with longevity, this could very possibly meet your needs.

The Aer Travel Pack 2 is an excellent choice for an everyday carry bag. It excels across all categories except one. Unfortunately, the volume to weight ratio leaves something desired (but we can easily overlook this). However, its plethora of pockets and straps make organization easy and security measures such as compression straps. Compression straps act as armor against casual theft or shoving someone into moving traffic on their way home from work each day. There’s no wonder why it has become so popular. Whether you’re going somewhere fun with friends over weekends or need something reliable enough, even airlines won’t question your luggage.
